Why are the simple things so frustrating...how hard can it be to upgrade my elderly parents mobile from the extortionate PAYG sim to a simple, no date needed sim-only contract @VodafoneUK? Based on the last 45 minutes of my life...nearly impossible seems to be the answer!

@Hermesparcels - tracking says my parcel is delivered, signed for, and then says it’s on its way again??? I am trying my best to talk to someone, but fed up being on hold after 25 minutes!! Any chance of someone being helpful please?
