I think Product Owner and Product Manager are bad titles. It attracts the wrong kinds of people to the role. Product Thought Leader (PTL) rings true. You want to own something, go to the store. But if you want to bring real impact and innovate, become a Thought Leader.

Hiring Software Engineers in '25 will be less focused on your at home coding assessment and more on your conversations and your more human attributes. This is how you defeat AI in the interview. e.g. Do you complain, and point fingers when someone offers an opportunity to grow?
