@Riyaghoshm Indian law and law makers are responsible for the criminals being scotfree and not even punished.
Criminals must be jailed for three months to one year.
@joedelhi@OfficialGNIDA@indSupremeCourt What a shame on people and the Supreme Court of country. Highly insensitive. Where is government? 😴 ng in euphoria???😡
Under ABC Rules 2023, euthanasia of rabid/aggressive dogs is NOT freely permitted without legal protocol. "Elimination" campaigns by Govt will invite severe contempt.

SC order mandates 1 ABC centre in EVERY district.
Focus on building infrastructure on a war footing, not illegal mass culling.
Random killings violate PCA Act 1960.

@BhagwantMann You and Punjab govt will be in contempt of Hon. Supreme Court for this ‘massive campaign to eliminate stray and killer dogs’.
Kindly read the order before any knee jerk govt level decision.
Reproducing the exact wordings of the order. Please read and understand -
‘subject to due assessment by qualified veterinary experts and STRICTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS of the PCA Act 1960, the ABC Rules, 2023 and other APPLICABLE STATUTORY PROVISIONS, take such measures AS MAY BE LEGALLY PERMISSIBLE, including euthanasia in cases involving rabid, incurably ill or demonstrably dangerous/aggressive dogs, so as to effectively curb the threat posed to human life and safety.’
Since ABC Rules do not permit euthanasia of Rabid or aggressive dogs, the order effectively allows euthanasia of ONLY incurably ill and mortally wounded dogs.
NO DOG other than mortally wounded and incurably ill, is legally permitted to be euthanised.
