ABC DIDN'T FAIL.. GOVERNANCE DID: WHY ARE DOGS PAYING THE PRICE?

Where are all the illiterates like Muralidharan, Meghna Uniyal, Ryan Lobo and other dumbduck dog haters on social media, who spent years claiming that "ABC doesn't work" because the government has supposedly been implementing it for decades?

THIS is what implementation looks like?

According to Lok Sabha data, the Centre allocated ZERO funds to states for the Animal Birth Control programme.

ZERO!!🤡

So let's be honest: if a programme is starved of funding, lacks infrastructure, lacks manpower, lacks veterinary support, and is never implemented at the scale required, how can anyone claim it has "failed"?

What failed is not ABC!

What failed is governance!

For years, the public was told that sterilization doesn't work. Meanwhile, the very authorities responsible for controlling stray populations apparently couldn't even ensure proper funding for the programme.

And now the biggest questions:

1. Why wasn't this front and centre in the Supreme Court proceedings?

2. Why was there no demand for a full investigation into the authorities who failed to implement the law?

3. Why were officials not asked to explain how a national programme meant to control stray populations was left without adequate funding and execution?

4. Why is there endless outrage about dogs, but deafening silence about administrative failure?

5. And where is the media? @DDNewslive @ndtv @aajtak @BiharTakChannel

Why are we not seeing prime-time debates about years of neglect, mismanagement, and failure by authorities entrusted with public health and animal welfare?

Most importantly:

6. Why are dogs being made to pay the price for governance failure?

If governments failed to fund ABC, failed to build infrastructure, failed to sterilize, failed to vaccinate, and failed to enforce existing laws, then why are the animals being blamed for the consequences of that failure?

Why are dogs being demonized, removed, displaced, abused, or condemned because authorities failed to do the very job they were legally responsible for doing?

The public is angry and rightly so. But that anger should be directed at those who failed to govern, not at animals that had no role in creating this crisis.

You cannot sabotage a programme, refuse to fund it, fail to implement it, and then turn around and declare that it doesn't work.

If the data shows ZERO central funding, then the real scandal is not the existence of ABC.

The real scandal is that those responsible for implementing it may have failed for years and now both citizens and dogs are paying the price.

The question is simple:

Who is going to be held accountable for that failure?

US is facing rodent problem because of elimination. Ratio of rodent to human is 4rodents on 1 human. They hired a special mayor for rodent issue. It didn’t solve the problem. Finally, a dog is helping catch rodent . U may google search. Every animal has a purpose & place in the ecosystem except humans. Humans didn’t build ecosystem & have no right to destroy either, it will bounce back on humans again

🚨Buffalo smuggling in Farrukhabad, UP
A truck (UP76 T8147) was found transporting numerous buffaloes in horrific conditions, crammed so tightly they could barely move. Several buffaloes lost consciousness, while blood mixed with water was seen leaking from the vehicle.

Animals are not cargo to be tortured for profit. I urge @Uppolice @dgpup and local authorities to take strict action!

ANOTHER DAY, ANOTHER LITTLE PSYCHO PUNCHED A HEALTHY DOG TO DEATH!

This incident reportedly occurred today in 📍Jamia Nagar. A little psycho allegedly stabbed a healthy dog three times, resulting in the dog's death.

The dog was healthy. The dog was alive. The dog posed no threat that could justify such brutality.

A complaint has been filed, and police are present at the location. Whether meaningful action will follow remains to be seen.

We dont want the 50rs fine!! We want the SAME PUNISHMENT THAT THE @indSupremeCourt COURT STATED FOR AGGRESSIVE DOGS!!

This is disturbing, unacceptable, and a stark reminder of the violence that animals face every day.

To all the dog haters who constantly demand that dog lovers "take accountability" for every incident involving a dog:

Where is your demand for accountability now?

Will you ask the family of this little psycho to take responsibility for what was done to this innocent animal?

Will you hold the people who raised him accountable?

Or does "accountability" only apply when an animal reacts, but never when a human being commits an act of cruelty?

Every time a dog bites, animal lovers are asked to answer for it.

But when a human tortures, stabs, poisons, beats, or kills a dog, suddenly there is silence.

A dead dog deserves justice just as much as any other victim of violence.

Before you read further, I need to make one thing clear.

I will not reveal the patient’s identity or publish full medical records. Medical ethics and patient confidentiality matter. Those familiar with the case will understand which case is being discussed.

A young girl was bitten by a dog. She was taken to multiple hospitals, examined by doctors, and specialists were consulted. Despite medical efforts, she tragically died.

⚠️ What happened after her death needs scrutiny.

Almost immediately, sections of the media presented the case as a confirmed rabies death. Public fear exploded.
Headlines screamed “कुत्तों का आतंक”. Television debates followed. Social media amplified the story.

Politicians joined for self-interest - like Vijay Goyal, who admitted to building this atmosphere. Some resort and wildlife-linked businessmen also pushed the narrative deliberately through selective headlines, debates, and repeated “dogs’ terror” coverage.

♦𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀

✅ The death certificate reportedly mentioned Acute Viral Encephalomyelitis .
✅ Reportedly No post-mortem (PM) was conducted and no DFA test on brain tissue was done.

🔰 What Rabies Usually Looks Like❓

𝗙𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗥𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Hydrophobia,
aerophobia,
agitation,
hyperactivity.

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Progressive paralysis,
weakness,
neurological decline.

🛑𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀

🔸The patient drank water during examination ✅
🔸No hydrophobia, aerophobia, agitation, or photophobia was noted
🔸Neurological findings on pupils, tone, reflexes, and motor power were recorded.

These observations don’t completely rule out rabies, but they raise legitimate scientific questions that deserve expert analysis, not assumptions ‼️

🔰 Another important point is the diagnosis recorded in Death Certificate

Acute Viral Encephalomyelitis means viral inflammation affecting the brain and spinal cord.
It is not automatically synonymous with rabies. Multiple viral illnesses can produce encephalomyelitis.

Therefore, the presence of Acute Viral Encephalomyelitis alone does not establish a rabies diagnosis.

🔰 What About Meningitis?
Some activists and commentators also used the term meningitis.

Meningitis is inflammation of the membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord.
It can be caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi and other conditions.
Meningitis is not rabies.

Without post-mortem or DFA test, the diagnosis remained clinical suspicion, not confirmed evidence.

🔰And Who Paid the Price?

Not the journalists.
Not the influencers.
Not the politicians.
𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗦 𝗗𝗜𝗗

As the story spread, the narrative shifted heavily towards
“dogs as threat.”

Eventually, the Supreme Court issued directions that affected dogs on a massive scale.

This fear-driven atmosphere pushed emotionally charged responses while sidelining scientific uncertainty, vaccination drives, CNVR programs, waste management, and animal welfare.

A child’s death is a tragedy.
Public safety is important.
But when one case puts millions of dogs on trial, evidence must prevail over fear. Science, not panic, should guide policy.
