@swtrains_watch @SW_Help The train I was on was cancelled at Woking after it was announced that we were just waiting for a green signal. A service that terminated at Woking then ran to Guildford. An hour later the original service continued but to Guildford but with limited stops further south.

Hi @SW_Help, I’m a little puzzled about the advanced fare announcements. Surely the vast majority of passengers with advanced fares now have invalid tickets! That doesn’t seem right.

@SW_Help But the announcement states that you must buy a new ticket from the guard. Why is being played if it doesn’t apply.

@SW_Help The ticket must exactly match the train. This can only apply if the ticket was bought in the last 3 days as the timetable has been completely revised.

@SW_Help I’ve just had a delay repay claim rejected. Apparently the 1845 WAT-HSL on 27/05 ran, the boards at WAT stated it was cancelled. Using https://t.co/iZ4KXCUj46 it looks as though someone checked the wrong day. Please double check before rejecting a claim.

@SW_Help Does paragraph 5.2 of the Advance Ticket Terms and Conditions. “If delays occur while travelling, you will be allowed to take the next available train(s) to complete your journey. “ not apply to SWR? The guard just announced other tickets were invalid.

@SW_Help The guard mentioned Advance tickets. I’ve got a season ticket so it’s not a problem for me but someone who isn’t familiar with the details of ticketing might be confused. I think to automated announcement on advance tickets is misleading as well.

@GWRHelp why are the announcements on the 1750 Reading to Gatwick Airport so loud? I’ve measured it exceeding 94dB(a) and I find it painful! I thought that 80dB(a) was considered loud enough particularly when the back ground noise of the carriage is 60dB(a).

@SW_Help. Just in case anyone needs to know, the police are still obstructing the step free route from exit 3 to York Road at Waterloo. I don’t know the station well enough to suggest an alternative route.

@BTP your vehicles are obstructing the step free access to Waterloo exit 3 (Station Approach) and have been since Wednesday evening. What route should wheelchair users take to access the station?

The police have now been obstructing the wheelchair access for 24 hours. I have seen the same vehicle each time! Please let people know that exit 3 is no longer step free.
