We've been building https://t.co/a2qwtWXlwc for a little over two months now, mainly because of hurdles with meta and their WhatsApp api, but finally we're live🥳
We didn’t originally set out to build Host Sasa, it's actually my sister who made us start. She has a couple of BnBs and over time her style of managing them became a bit of a headache. 1/n 🧵
Having a crush is so embarassing.
It feels incredible but you forget how to speak.
So I just bought a bouquet of flowers for a client and I ran into him.
He hasn't been around for awhile so we see each other and just lock eyes immediately 😭
I say hi, he says hi back then
He asks, "whose flowers are those?"
Now if It was someone else, I would have said:
"These are for you. To welcome you back from where you've been all this time."
And he'd laugh, smile, ice broken right?
Wrong, I simply said "for a client"🤦♀️
Didn't explain or nothing...
Sometimes you’re correct but the problem is you’re correct too early. Spiritual maturity is knowing which truths to keep to yourself because your audience isn’t ready for it. Higher consciousness truths can’t be understood until the lower truths preceding it are understood first.
Mimi sio HR but I run teams.
Na I know trigger points za every single person on my team. I know how to talk to them, ask for something and even correct them. I am also corrected by them. And I apologize. I’m not proud.
Creative teams and young people especially huwezi lead na makelele na kifua.

You have to put yourself in their minds, at that age, did you know what you’re asking of them? If so, how did you learn? If not how can you impart this knowledge in a kind manner?
Leading with Kindness and Understanding will get your teams and brands performing like crazy. I have learnt this through the years.
