@rlglover @SahilBloom I’m not a doctor but these literally all match recommendations from my psychiatrist to improve stress tolerance - and she’s one of those “won’t comment on anything unless I’ve read 5 peer reviewed studies” pros. This is a new area of research but in no way unfounded 🤷‍♀️
