Then I’ve been working on accepting that I can feel both grief and joy simultaneously. Neither negates the other.

I am a whole person with complex emotions. I am allowed to feel however I feel. I can educate on grief/widowhood, but I can also just be a 27yo woman enjoying the moment. I can post whatever I want, to document how I’m feeling in this moment, to capture what I want to remember.
