Helen Zille (@helenzille) has always been ahead of her time. Under Apartheid, she was classified as "crazy" for wanting equal treatment and rights for all South Africans. Now, after 25 years into our democracy, she is once again classified as "crazy" for wanting the same.
@KhulaniQoma Hi Khulani. The DA does not bankroll OUTA. Public knowledge was that in 2013, DA paid R1m toward OUTAs eToll litigation costs to enable an appeal to SCA. Here’s Makhosi’s own resignation letter. Not sure why these comments. https://t.co/nuzdwr0LYq
Zille's tweets receive more anger than Esidimeni, Michael Komape & Marikana masaccre. There's distortion is how we allocate anger to issues in SA. If we could be half as angry with corruption, as we are with her tweets, politicians would be forced to walk away from malfeasance.
@HermanMashaba You’re a legend, Sir. I can only imagine if the rest of your colleagues in govt worked for SA’s good like you did. One can see how you became so successful in business against tough odds.
For your information @Sentletse here is Advocate Cronje. Maybe this will assist you realize that instead of trying to sound intelligent, you come across as a stinker and a racist.
This will be the end of @Our_DA. Allowing a party that got 11% of votes to run the capital city will be treasonous. I trust this is all a figment of a power hungry man’s imagination. (Also, remember the DA campaigned on “Keep the EFF and ANC out”).
Cruising nicely, yes, on #VBS money. I’m not surprised. The #OnPoint saga told us everything we needed to know about #JuliusMalema and any institution he heads. #EFF
When an interviewer forgets she is an interviewer, to the extent she even forgets the question, in fact the first four questions, and, so in love with her own voice, just generally devolves any questioning at all into a mindless 2min political rant: https://t.co/iDkqZKwp9K
