@sewateruk tried to open ac for rental property in 03/23. Despite calls + messages I heard nothing. moved out of house in 11/23 w no ac to close. Have now, in 07/24, received my first bill… this would be comically incompetent if it wasn’t likely to waste hours. Please advise.

@moonlover60 @Katy_primary97 My husband is an architect who's done a lot of Council property housing - the quality standards are much higher than they are for private new builds. Glad they reasonable, furious developers get held to lower standards

Tom Brady is, undoubtedly, the current face of the NFL. But the average grandma in the Uk knows who Ronaldo is. Not Brady.
