I can't believe 'Metro 24 Wholesale' is still selling on Amazon. They promise delivery in 10-12 days and provide a tracking # immediately, but never ship. I assume their MO is that a % of customers forget to request a refund. https://t.co/N9iiymwoPz
@AmazonHelp They never offer a refund because they claim they shipped - yet they never ship. I am able to get a refund from Amazon eventually. Just look at all the reviews for the seller.
@DecluttrCS it’s been over 5 business days since I sent in a support request, no response. You said you didn’t receive my phone in time, but UPS tracking disagrees. Received a few days early. You just didn’t check it in for an additional 5 days.

@siracusa 10mbit. Don’t get more without gigabit, which I have at home, but not at the Airbnb. However, I am constantly evaluating my guest’s needs :).
