Daily reminder to everyone to NEVER....EVER....EVEEEEEEEER buy a plan ticket from KLM. Well over 90 days and still haven't received my full refund. If you have to get a refund expect to wait over 3 months. JOKE.

After 206 days, at least 30 phone calls, 30 emails & nearing 40 PMs, not to mention the stress I finally have my cash refund.
KLM i will now block you & definitely never fly with you again, you are a total waste of space !

@KLM No point now, damage has been done. I challenged it again and clearly showed what KLM were doing was in breach of Art 8 EC261. Amex agreed and refunded me again. I just want to highlight your behaviour since March, you have refused to refund many people when flights are cancelled
@KLM Thanks. So why did KLM refuse to refund in April when my HEL-AMS-LBA was cancelled and only offer a voucher? I did an Amex chargeback in the end and KLM disputed it 2 months later to claw it back stating they were only offering a voucher? This is what you sent to Amex.
@KLM I would like to know the status of my refund and I have tried different ways to contact you and the only answer that I receive is that “is very busy at the moment”. The flight was cacelled in May.
