@Wawa and @DoorDash need to learn how to work together better. There is no reason why I placed an order on the Wawa app, get assigned a driver who drives in the opposite direction of my order for an hour and there is no way for Wawa support to reassign a driver or contact DD

So now I’ve spent money which I won’t be refunded for 10-12 business days, and used @Wawa points which who knows if I’ll get them back. And I still don’t have any food!!

@DoorDash_Help one of your drivers has driven in the opposite direction of my order and because it’s through a third party app they can’t cancel and assign me a new driver. Please fix it.
