The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law makes the single largest investment in repairing our nation's infrastructure:

Unfair shipping practices have severely impacted California ag producers. The share of empty containers leaving California ports hit a record 79%, well above pre-pandemic levels of 30%. By applying federal antitrust laws, we can defend and protect American exporters.
