Many Australians are not aware of the true extent of Native Title control in Australia.

For many, this map will be an eye-opener.

The areas in green fall under Native Title, while the areas in blue are yet to be determined.

I suspect that many people living in those areas yet to be determined don't even realize that they are at risk of having their communities come under Native Title.

Under current law, there is an infinite time period during which claims can be initiated. That means groups could still be initiating claims in 100 years.

Furthermore, it is Labor's policy to provide federal funding to assist groups making Native Title claims but not communities defending Native Title claims.

So if your community comes under a Native Title claim, the Government will be funding it with your taxes.

This is why I pushed to have the Senate investigate a cut off period after which no new Native Title claims can be initiated. This sensible proposal for an inquiry was opposed by Labor, the Coalition, and the Greens.

It seems the major parties are content for this unjust and absurd system to continue, no matter how costly or unfair it may be.

Dr. Phelps said she "did a lot of homework about the vaccine" before she and her wife decided to get jabbed and "on the risks & benefits, decided that was the best thing to do".

However, when the voices of hundreds of medical experts from around the world warning that the ‘risks’ were being grossly understated & ‘benefits’ overstated were all being censored - including being censored by the government - how could she make a fully informed & accurate risk/benefit assessment ?

NB : We wish Dr Phelps & her wife all the best and hope they eventually recover from the Covid vaccine injuries they suffered.
