How’s everyone doing?

I haven’t had a full night’s sleep, and today, I’ll be speaking at an important event. I’ll do my best to make sure no one feels disappointed for attending my session.

A lot of people have DM’d me—I’m sorry I haven’t responded yet.

Many have noticed that I haven’t blamed anyone and have been asking who should take responsibility.

Since people have given me the tagline “In Juth We Trust”, I feel responsible for not making any comments without enough information. I need to verify the facts first.

Do I want to vent? Of course. But it would affect a large part of the fandom because I could influence some people.

I will only speak when I am certain. I always give credit to P'Wan, acknowledging that she loves FayeYoko. However, when it comes to management, I don’t overstep, because Ninestar is a private company. That said, the decision to find a new CEO makes me believe that P'Wan is looking for someone who can do the job better.

The issue is that the new CEO has created a sensitive international issue. Is this a minor issue? No, it isn’t. There are stances that should never have been taken. This, I can comment on—because it has already happened.

Some might ask, "Why bring politics into entertainment?"
The truth is, politics involve people, and the entertainment industry is full of people—all of whom have beliefs.

This is a big issue, and for Asians, it’s basic general knowledge—it’s close to us, as we share the same continent. People from other regions might not fully understand, and that’s okay. But as the highest-ranking executive leading a global diversity-focused business, should that person be knowledgeable? Absolutely. They must have crisis management skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

Should there be accountability?
That depends on the individual’s own conscience.

I’m not in a position to dictate what should be done.

Our fandom has been through a lot. If I had the time, I could tell our history like a storybook.

We’ve survived everything—from leaked photos that could have gotten us in jail to now, where we’re still together across every corner of the world.

And now, we face another disappointment as a fandom.

So why wouldn’t we get through this too?

That’s why I keep saying: Stay calm. Stay united.

Faye and Yoko are already hurting enough—let’s be their support instead.

I won’t be checking X until the evening.
