So a young follower asked me in my Instagram inbox about the reggae superstar who died today, Jimmy Cliff, after I had posted about his passing. My follower is only 25 years old, so Jimmy Cliff is from many eras before she was born.

So for all my young followers who did not know much about this reggae great who was as big as Bob Marley, I have done an edit of seven of his classics and global hits. I chose live performances.

I am absolutely delighted to read from @Forbes assessment of #Zimbabwe being the number one place to visit in the world in 2025 that the @CityofBulawayo gets special mention.

As can be seen from the excerpt of the write up, the City of Bulawayo has seen an 80% (YES EIGHTY PERCENT!) rise in @KAYAK airline searches this past year.

This is an indication that our efforts to rebrand #Bulawayo and to increase its share of tourist arrivals is working.

I hope that regional airlines such as @fastjet @Fly_Airlink @FlySafair @LiftAirlineSA @flySAA_US @KenyaAirways and @airzimbabweuk are taking note. We urgently want direct flights between our City and other African cities such as @dbntourism @capetownint and #Nairobi.

I guarantee that the glories of our City and the #Matopos will make this a profitable route for airlines.
