@jimathans4cagov @MbarkCherguia You're correct, a dog is not a person and it therefore can't reason that it's being hit with a plastic bottle by a toddler. All the dog understands is that it's being attacked and that the child poses a threat to him. The idiot that allowed the child to do this is at fault.

@rk_upton @Rainmaker1973 I'm a former detective, and I would have filmed it from different angles too, it is evidence, but it could also be as you say. I really hope not and I hope that life treats whoever did this, the way s/he treated this puppy.
