@helpmeswytch so I have been waiting for 2weeks for a real person to help me via online email. Only a useless bot. Can’t DM as I’m not a ‘X’ payer. Plenty of ongoing adverts to buy and ‘how did we do’, but not support after payments. Well??!

Congratulations @MetMattTaylor I may have missed it before but well done for referring to Ireland in total as the front sweeps it rather than only referring to Northern Ireland. Weather and nature is blind to borders, but is modified by geography. Meteorology is the same.
