-In 16 countries young ppl can consent to sex at an earlier age than they can for HIV tests, treatment, and prevention
-Only 14 counties have adopted laws aligned with @UNAIDS @WHO @UNFPA guidance
-Many exceptions are included in laws but they are often confusing
