How do the latest 12-month DEEPER REVEAL trial data translate into clinical benefit in BTK CLTI?
In patients with long, calcified infrapopliteal lesions, treatment with the Spur® Peripheral Retrievable Stent System following predilatation demonstrated*:
• Meaningful clinical recovery
• Reduced reintervention rates
• Sustained vessel patency
Key safety and efficacy outcomes at 12 months:
• Primary patency: 78.0%
• Freedom from clinically driven TLR: 83.1%
• Complete paired wound healing: 84.3%
• Rutherford class improvement: 80.0%]
These findings highlight the potential of Retrievable Scaffold Therapy (RST) to deliver durable vessel-related and patient-centered outcomes, supporting its role in the treatment of complex BTK disease while leaving nothing behind.
How do you define relevant outcomes for your CLTI patients in daily practice?

*At 12 months, vessel-related outcomes in appropriately selected vessels (core lab-measured reference vessel diameter ≥2.5 mm, per study protocol and indication for use) and patient-centered outcomes were assessed.
Spur® is a self-expanding, retrievable, temporary stent.
It is designed to support revascularization of BTK lesions during a key phase, when overcoming vessel recoil and reduced compliance is critical.
When placed and expanded, Spur provides temporary scaffolding that supports the vessel wall and keeps the vessel open to facilitate blood flow. Incorporating radially expandable spikes, Spur is designed to enable controlled lesion penetration and lesion morphology modification to change vessel compliance and reduce the vessel recoil effect.¹
Once its mechanical task is completed, Spur is fully retrieved, leaving nothing behind.

Summit Together! was the theme of our U.S. National Sales Meeting that brought the team together around what matters most: our people, our focus, and our mission of healing wounds and saving limbs.
It was great to see the energy, openness, and commitment in the room as we aligned on what's ahead. This team understands the importance of taking responsibility for the work we do and the impact it has every day.
Thank you to our U.S. Sales Team for the drive and dedication you. bring to the field, and special appreciation goes to to the "chosen ones" honored at the awards ceremony!

Heavy medial calcification and significant soft plaque made this CLTI case challenging and typical of real-world BTK disease.
This new case report shows how the Spur® Stent System achieved IVUS-confirmed disruption of medial calcification and supported complete wound healing in a peroneal artery lesion treated by @FadiSaab17 Fadi Saab, MD, FACC, FSCAI, FASE.
A 51-year-old male (Rutherford Class 5) with Type I diabetes and a prior kidney transplant presented with minor tissue loss of the 4th digit and a 50 mm peroneal artery lesion with heavy medial calcification, soft plaque, and 76% stenosis. After predilatation, a 3.0 × 65 mm Spur Stent was used.
IVUS post-treatment demonstrated disruption of the medial calcium ring with restored vessel pulsatility and compliance.
Outcomes:
• Complete wound healing at 3 months
• Rutherford Class 0 through 12 months
• Patency at 6 and 12 months (duplex)

Vessel recoil is frequently observed in CLI patients undergoing tibial angioplasty¹ and is a predictor for lesion revascularization in advanced PAD and CLI patients². See how Spur Retrievable Scaffold Therapy (RST) reduces vessel recoil in below-the-knee (BTK) arteries in the DEEPER OUS Vessel Recoil Substudy³.
The DEEPER OUS Vessel Recoil Substudy was published by 𝗭𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿, 𝗧, 𝗭𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗭, 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗛, 𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗹. 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰;𝟬(𝟬) and showed post Spur RST more than 50% less vessel recoil compared with previously reported¹ rates with balloon angioplasty. In this substudy, 38 patients from the DEEPER OUS trial (NCT04162418) were evaluated on vessel recoil, defined as lumen compromise as ≥10% at 15 minutes post Spur treatment.
