@eon_next thanks for a wasted day waiting for installation only to be told it doesn't work and the engineer needs to come back and fit another meter. no install dates until next year, will be moving my account as soon as the contract is up, penny wise pound foolish...!!!

@MercedesUKTeam updated maps on MAP Pilot now unit will not work and unit stuck in start up loop. No support from Becker €90 wasted on map update and now no sat nav any suggestions, having read many posts this seems to be a common problem. #mercedesukteam what’s your solution ?
