A lady walks into a police station crying and sits on a bench in the lobby.
The male front desk officer walks over to her and asks if she wants to speak.
She asks if there is a female officer available.
He says not right now.
She gives a statement alleging assault 2 weeks prior by a prominent member of the NFL.
She has no marks on her body, no pictures, videos or witnesses of the assault.
She emails the police screenshots of alleged text messages between her and the alleged assailant.
The police try to call the assailant 2 times, with no success.
Do zero investigation.
10 days later, they charge the assailant with a crime with zero evidence.

What the actual fuck are we doing here?
This guy has been a Dedham police officer for 18 years and he does absolutely zero investigation…

Norfolk County District Attorneys Office has once again shown their true ignorance and incompetence by continuing to bring crap like this to trial. What an absolute disgrace.

Dedham Police Officer, Kenneth Ellis should be fired for incompetence.
Mila Adams should be charged with perjury and filing a false police report.
