@budgetaircouk the terms and conditions link in my booking acknowledgment does not work. My flight has been cancelled by the airline but you have classed it as a schedule change. I’d like to know my options for a refund. Thanks.

@SW_Help Turns out you seem to have been misinformed. There have been no shuttle trains from WIN to BSK today. Apparently the first one will be 06:50. Station staff are trying to get buses. Not great.

@SW_Help I’m struggling with the shuttle timetable. I can’t find it online and the national rail journey planner does not seem to include it. When is the next shuttle after 05:31 from WIN to BSK please? Will it be a bus or a train? Thanks.
