.@virginmedia 10 weeks and counting to install Business Broadband to our new office space. Shocking communication. Change installation dates without telling us. The person dealing with our 'installation' seems to work nights, as they send emails after 8pm and never answers...

...calls during the day. Our emails never get a response, there's a 'thanks for understanding' email a few days later, followed by someone informing us what is going happen next... except it doesn't and we never get asked if that is even okay with us...
