@ElMichalito A lot of movie games were made by THQ. they went bankrupt and got bought out. now thq nordic only focuses on main titles and not many movie tie-in games as far as i'm aware. can someone double check. i'm not sure what they've done recently.

@Atrabutes1 @clearfails @MadamSavvy if the sound is meant a certain way then its up to the localization team to convey that meaning. if english doesnt have a sound that means the same and instead has words that are as close as possible. now woopies is too long but better than say "my bad" to stay cute

@Rothmus i would argue that "use hands" for central america is missleading. while they might use hands they usually are using somethign else as a barrier between sloppy food and their fingers. mainly tortillas. it keeps the fingers out of the mouth. if no tortillas, they use spoons/forks

@RandalfTheGreat @Cicadafreak @anime_daily exactly. a lot of isekai now are escapism fantasies. to get out of the crushing life they had. hence why a lot of them are isekied via overwork/fatigue. or other forms of death. summoned heroes who want to go back are few and far between and usually have to defeat the big bad

If a bi sexual woman is in the mood for tacos and gets hotdog even if bi they might not want a hotdog dressed up as a taco at the moment. and vice versa. Basically preferences are a personal choice. you cant force it.
