@myGovau husband was victim of Medicare scam last year and paid $5k rebate that wasn't his. Reported immediately via form. Called 3 times to follow up to try pay back. Heard nothing from Medicare. 1 year later our bank acc. blocked. We have spent 2h on phone to be cut off twice.

It never loaded on mobile for me and was in the queue 15 mins beforehand, but the PC tab that my husband opened after I opened my mobile one got through! Luckily we got tickets from that! It timed out on payment tho and I was about to flip!

@auspost having a awful time with a sentimental missing parcel. Nobody is taking ownership and it took 5 times my husband asking the telephone agent to lodge a formal complaint for her to agree to do one. She tried informal first. How can my parcel be found when nobody cares?
