Thanks @EurekaForbes for spoiling my new year. It’s almost more than 15 days that my water purifier is not working and multiple complain raised. The latest one raised on 25 dec .complaint number CM-251225-64031001 , model name - Dr Aquagaurd Nrich NV , location Pune. Any help?

Sir, My father(PMID-MMIEASW9S) is in ICU and yesterday provider tried to find many times to add him in Ayushman portal but they not able to find him.
I talked customer care also but no success. Seems its portal issue, pls help asap.

@EurekaForbes my request for servicing water purifier is pending for last 6 days . No one is attending service call. Water quality is bad. Is there way you can give back my AMC amount so that I can buy some other water purifier.
