The Chartered Institute of Taxation has reaffirmed Scots earning more than £30,318 will pay more income tax than if they lived elsewhere in the UK in the coming 12 months.
The number of men who tell me I'm unqualified to have an opinion on whether there might be downsides to cutting healthy breasts off teenaged girls with mental health issues, yet are 100% certain they're qualified to tell women what a woman is, continues to astound.
Some people think the highest rate of income tax should be 20%. Some people think it should be 60%.
Of course nobody thinks the highest rate should be 62%, but only on people earning £100-125k. That would be mad.
