@TalkTV@JuliaHB1 My understanding of #coldrage is not to be a hot-head. By all means, feel the rage, but take the more considered approach in your own actions.
It’s time!

@empath1973 Yes, my wife and I have been through some difficulties from an external source... but we now have greater clarity on things that are going well.
@empath1973 These sentiments are exactly the reason I follow you on X Lynda. You are a light in the darkness and mirk of the world we live in - you bring joy and sweetness to an otherwise melancholy and flavourless place in which we often fond ourselves.
I attended the Unite The Kingdom (UTK) 2026 march organised by @TRobinsonNewEra and his team. A huge amount of hard work and behind the scenes commitment goes into organising an event of that scale, and that shouldn’t be overlooked.
Initially, I planned to attend quietly. However, the day before the event, I watched a video from the Prime Minister, @Keir_Starmer , where he described those attending as “far right racists” and “thugs,” as if the purpose of the rally was to spread hatred or intimidate others.
I understand that there are strong emotions and deep divisions in our country right now. But when millions of people are broadly labelled in that way, it only widens the divide and puts targets on ordinary people’s backs.
I knew that not many people from my background would be attending. In fact, I was advised by members of the Muslim community and others not to go. But I believe in leading by example. I would never ask someone to do something I wouldn’t do myself.
So yes, as a brown Pakistani man. I went alone to see for myself what the rally was about. I wanted to experience it firsthand and see how people would treat someone like me.
In this video, I explain exactly what I saw and experienced. (And yes, my voice is completely gone, too much singing at the event! 😅)
@zarahussain999 The other march does that very thing. The First and the Second Intifadas involved suicide bombings, shootings, and attacks on civilians. It is a call to "globalize" as an incitement to violence, terrorism, and antisemitism targeting Jewish institutions and individuals worldwide.
