@ukrailadventure Austin I started by rail journey in that very spot in Plymouth. My journey continues 50+ yrs later being involved with community rail (CR). If you and your dad ever visit Farn'h North come and have visit of our CR centre including a safe view of trains from roof level.

Unusual visitor at Farnborough North today, a 66 running up on the down line. Amazing how many Orange army needed to replace and improve the track for @GWRHelp . Lack of sleep worth it to see the progress.

@GWRHelp Been following the posts on X this morning and nothing has been posted about North Downs Line and the fact about 50% of the supposed stopping trains have run fast from Guildford to Reading. Many students late to college and now many have 90+ mins wait for train home.

@eliz_blackstock sorry remind me how many European Grand Prix did you do about 10 years ago. you have done more races F1, Nascar or other in last 10 years than most people 3 times your age. I respect your opinions, don't always agree but respect them.
