@joehall Rand Fishkin did a talk years ago about the measure of a marketer's worth, mostly about how the efforts we put in are as important as the results. Since that talk, I've really focused on doing the right things versus obsessing about results. This has helped (a tiny bit)

@kalicassidy @dairpo also - "kids don't play outside anymore and only want to watch tv." the kids in our neighbourhood rule the road -- road hockey, skateboarding, biking -- they get right of way. just don't drive aggressively in residential areas.
