@RogerPinney @DeansOfCardiff @Jaclarner Yes I’m not surprised. Labour was certainly ambivalent about PR and I’m pretty sure that STV for example would never have got through. D’Hondt significantly screws over smaller parties who could get 10% or so everywhere and no seats.

We’re seem stuck with a less than ideal system that backs big parties and was the only one Drakeford could get through the Welsh Labour Party
