Time for some Wednesday fun in East Ham!

We were delighted to meet our wonderful club members at the Town Hall for a morning of sports quiz, exercise and even a bit of pin bowling with Boccia balls!

One of the members in attendance was Dave from our Corstorphine club, who despite facing long-term health issues was able to join us and use his passion for photography to capture some of the racing.

This just shows what the power of sport can do for our members and beyond!
