Beware Philippine Airlines Delay refunds because of Covid and appear to have a coordinated customer delaying processing in seeking refund @flyPAL@Flight_Refunds#COVID#Refund
@flyPAL so you know PAL deliberately delay refunds due to covid cancellations sending standard emails. A poor practice that is wrong and should be an embarrassment to the national flag carrier @Flight_Refunds#refunds#covid
@flyPAL Yes proved Rosie and Relyn sent the same response to wait for 30 days to the same email sent apart this is a deliberate delaying tactic by your company, shame on you #Refund#covid
@flyPAL has anyone stuggled to be refunded, so far I have been promised a refund for my cancelled flight in March but@ keep getting excuses. Coming up to a year of wait #CAA#cancelled#COVIDー19#Refund
@flyPAL It e ticket 0792404090767 ref NRLGFM I have emailed monthly since the you stated you needed 90 days to refund. My flight was cancelled in March. Very disappointed with the bad communication, poor excuses, failure on promises. So what can you do?
@flyPAL This is again the standard response after nearly a year ‘Mabuhay! This is in response to your refund follow-up of e-ticket 0792404090767, ...
Please monitor your email within 30 working days.’
