I previously advised H.E @WILLIAMSRUTO that he has only two options in addressing the endless setbacks his governmental policies/economic agenda suffer in the courts. But he dismissed my advice. OPTION 1: Just like the Uhuru Administration used to do, urgently reinstate the slush funds that were operated by the Office of President to bribe judges in high profile cases that touch on government interest. Also reinstate the monthly disbursements/allowance the Uhuru Administration used to pay a JUDGE of the SUPREME COURT so that the judge can resume his/her job of lobbying the court and channeling bribes to the courts when government's cases come become the court. OPTION 2: start a radical reform policy that removes all corrupt judges especially those in the Supreme Court. Because President Ruto's government is TOO WEAK and AVERSE/HOSTILE to reforms that advance governance and accountability, option 1 is more viable, inexpensive and in line with its current trajectory. ANYTHING ELSE WILL BE DEATH BY A THOUSAND CUTS!
