Hey @IKEAUAE, Case ID CAS-804774-D9D5N8. We ordered a big cabinet, shoe cabinet & mirror. The big cabinet wasn’t delivered, and we weren’t informed until we followed up ourselves that it’s unavailable. No updates, no clear explanation, and the only option given was to cancel in-store or wait 15 days online for a refund. Why for a mistake from your end should we come all the way to your store or wait 15 days. We’ve always trusted IKEA, so this experience has been disappointing and stressful while moving homes.
