Proud to be working with the @Zebec_HQ team and its global community to bring regulated institutions onto @CantonNetwork.

Especially excited about the progress they are making when it comes to blockchain-based payroll - one of the most promising areas of development in today's industry.

[Cantor8 @cantor8]

We're proud to have collaborated with infrastructure platform @Zebec_HQ to see @C8Wallet integrated into its robust and fast-growing product suite.

Through the integration, regulated institutions using Zebec now have a streamlined way to move assets onto @CantonNetwork and benefit from its unique architectural advantages, including sub-transaction privacy, in-built compliance, and more.

More to come.

The C8 Registry - Asset Issuance

The C8 Registry is Cantor8’s official asset issuance engine, fully audited by @HalbornSecurity, and capable of bringing any and all assets onto Canton - From commodities and equities, through to tokens from other chains and beyond.

The C8 Registry offers a single point of entry to @CantonNetwork for any institution looking to bring assets onchain and benefit from Canton’s native privacy and compliance advantages…

… Unlike other standalone asset issuance engines, The C8 Registry benefits directly from Cantor8’s growing suite of enterprise-grade products, from custody to intelligence, and much more besides.

If you’re serious about bringing the next wave of assets onto Canton, we want to hear from you.

Where did the name 'Cantor8' actually come from?

Inspired not only by @CantonNetwork, which gets its name from the Swiss system of member states known as 'Cantons'...

... Cantor8 owes its name to pioneering mathematician, Georg Cantor (1845-1918).

One of (if not the) founding fathers of Set Theory, Cantor's work reinvented the way we approach the concept of infinity, effectively proving that distinct infinities come in different sizes.

Much as Cantor showed that infinite, independent sets can coexist and interoperate with mathematical precision...

... Canton Network and the @CantonFdn apply an analogous logic to modern finance: Allowing isolated, private ledgers to act as distinct sets that achieve functional interoperability, without exposing their underlying data.

29.08.2026 - Cantor8's 'Build on Canton' Hackathon.

The biggest in-person @CantonNetwork hackathon of the year.

[Cantor8 @cantor8]

Our Saturday @CantonNetwork hackathon was FANTASTIC.

A 12-hour day that felt like 12-minutes, our 'Build on Canton' hackathon saw participants tackle some truly challenging tasks, speak directly with @CantonFdn Head @viv_diwakar, and get to grips with Daml, before culminating in one of the best pitch sessions we have ever seen.

One massive thank you to all participants, our university partners at Oxford, Cambridge, and Imperial College, and our event partners across @CantonArmy, @acme_markets, and @LunarStrategy.

We'll be sharing more insights and content from the event in the coming days, but for now, a few action shots...
