3I Atlas just flew past Mars—And it’s getting closer!

3I/ATLAS, only the third interstellar visitor ever spotted in our Solar System. It swung closest to Mars on October 3, 2025 (~29 million km from Mars) and is racing toward the Sun for perihelion around October 29–30 (≈ 1.36–1.4 AU). At that point it’ll be ripping along at ~68 km/s. Afterward, it passes 0.65 AU from Venus (Nov 3) and makes its closest approach to Earth on December 19 at ~1.8 AU—far, but perfect for telescopes.

How to watch: This won’t be a naked-eye show. Think astrophotography target: dark skies, telescope or long-lens + tracking, and stacked exposures. It’ll be tough through solar glare until after perihelion; December is when ground scopes get their best shot as it pulls away from the Sun. @europeanspaceagency already grabbed a time-lapse from Mars orbit—your final scene.

Keep an eye out for its weird “backwards” dust stream (anti-tail): heavier grains pushed out by the comet’s own activity can line up sunward, while the classic ion/dust tail points away from the Sun. Interstellar, fast, and one-pass only—catch it now or it’s gone for good.

Infosys को सब फॉर्म बनाने के लिए बजट के बाद 1 साल का वक्त मिलता है, लेकिन फिर भी वो बनाते नहीं है और उनको एक्सटेंशन मिल जाता है

लेकिन जो वक्त इंफ़ोसिस को एक्सटेंशन में एक्स्ट्रा मिलता है, वो वक्त ये लोग टैक्सपेयर के वक्त के काट लेते है वापस

और टैक्सपेयर Date Extend के लिए बोलता है तो ये कहते है तुम अपना काम सही वक्त पर नहीं करते हो, तुमको Extension नहीं मिलेगा

ग़ज़ब लोग है ये, infosys की गलती का भुगतान टैक्सपेयर क्यों करे? ITR फॉर्म Intosys वाले लेट किए थे, लेकिन उसका भुगतान टैक्सपेयर को करना पड़ रहा है और उसको अब 60 की जगह 14 दिन में Audit करवानी पड़ रही है

तीन दिन पोर्टल नहीं चला मगर डेट बढ़ाने एक दिन का हौसला निकला आपकी सरकार ने!

एक प्राइवेट कंपनी समय पर यूटिलिटी नहीं दे पाई तो डेढ़ महीना डेट बढ़ा दी.

फिर कोई बोलेगा कि सरकार बिकी हुई है तो आपके IT सेलिए बुरा मान जाते हैं.

We request you to extend
📌 Non-Audit ITR due date (15-Sep) → Extend to 30-Sep-2025
📌 Tax Audit due date (30-Sep) → Extend to 30-Nov-2025
📌 Audit Case ITR due date (31-Oct) → Extend to 31-Dec-2025
📌GST 9/9C ( 31-dec) – Extend to 31 Jan 2026

Because
⚡ITR forms were released late up to July 2025 & Portal glitches remain unresolved
⚡ Floods, monsoons & natural calamities in many states
⚡ Portal crashes & software inefficiencies

This is not a demand for favour. It is a demand for fairness.

A humble request to Hon’ble Finance Minister — please grant an extension and let taxpayers & professionals serve the nation with clarity, accuracy, and peace of mind.

BREAKING: @IncomeTaxIndia giving signs to taxpayers not to file ITRs at all from this year.

They will themselves track specific taxpayers and send them personal emails to file ITRs using a special customised portal!

Proof you ask ?
Well, it is 1.5+ months into new Financial Year and @IncomeTaxIndia @Infosys @Infosys_nmurthy have not released Online or Offline Utilities!

So this might be sign of a revolutionary rule in India that taxpayers are being said not to file ITRs at all by Income Tax themselves...

Oct हो गया है, लेकिन GSTR 9/9C Active नहीं हुआ GST पोर्टल पर FY 2324 का

फिर आने के बाद इनका पोर्टल Error दिखाता रहेगा

फिर उसको वापस ये क्लेरिफिकेशन देकर Nov कर देंगे

फिर Dec में पोर्टल नहीं चलेगा

फिर जब इसको extend करने की डिमांड होगी तो ये बोलेंगे की आपके पास April से वक़्त था तो फाइल क्यों नहीं किया, हम extend नहीं करेंगे

Profession and business both demand rationalizing due dates to file Tax Audit & ITR, and I agree.

Due dates for:

ITRs should be 31st August.
Tax Audit should be 31st October.

Let the new Tax Law make these changes to help taxpayers. @nsitharaman

पहले बोले की हम GSTR 2A से Fake Billing वालों को पकड़ेंगे
फिर बोले हम Rule 86A से पकड़ेंगे
फिर बोले हम GSTR 2B से पकड़ेंगे
फिर बोले हम Data Analsyis से पकड़ेंगे
फिर बोले हम QRMP से पकड़ेंगे
फिर बोले हम E Invoice से उनको पकड़ेंगे
फिर बोले हम DRC 01B और DRC 01C से पकड़ेंगे

अब पिछली मीटिंग देख कर लगता है कि इन्होंने उनको Fake Drive, Invoice management system, RCM (Comm Property) , TDS (Scrap पर) , GSTN Multiple Ledger (ITC Reversal, RCM Liability) बना कर पकड़ने का प्लान बनाया है

इनसे होना जाना कुछ है नहीं, हर मीटिंग में कुछ नया करके सिर्फ़ काम और कंप्लायंस बढ़ाते रहते है

वाह !!!!!कम से कम जो लाखों लोगों का 2 दिन क़ीमती समय ख़राब किया पोर्टल ने उसके लिये माफ़ी तो माँग लेते , भविष्य के लिए कोई आश्वासन ही दे देते या आजकल “सब चलता है” वाली राह पर चल पड़े है हम सब !!!!! हद है यह तो !!!!!!🧑‍🎤🧑‍🎤

When you take a 25-year home loan, and pay the monthly EMIs regularly, a very small percentage of your loan principal gets repaid during the initial years.

In 1 year - 1.3% Loan is Paid
In 2 years - 2.7% Loan is Paid
In 3 years - 4.3% Loan is Paid
In 4 years - 5.9% Loan is Paid
In 5 years - 7.7% Loan is Paid
In 6 years - 9.7% Loan is Paid
In 7 years - 11.8% Loan is Paid
In 8 years - 14.1% Loan is Paid
In 9 years - 16.6% Loan is Paid
In 10 years - 19.2% Loan is Paid

Here is how it goes for a Rs 50 lakh home loan at (say) 8% for 25-year tenure:

And the reason is that a bulk of the EMI payments during the initial years go towards interest payments. So due to this front-loading of interest payment, if you want to make a part prepayment of your home loan, then it’s comparatively better to do so during the initial years.

Don’t make the mistake of thinking that if it’s a 25-year loan, then you would have paid back half your loan in 12-13 years. The actual amount you have repaid would be about 25% only.
