@M_Kananura | The Link Bus driver registration number UBG 188P one Andrew Jemba 43 years old, who was seen in the viral video using his phone while driving along Kampala - Fortportal road has been intercepted & arrested at Kyegegwa Police Station today at around 11 am, 1st November 2023.

The driver has been charged under Regulation 3(a) & 4 of Traffic and Road Safety (Restriction of Use of Mobile Telephone) Regulations, 2004.
