After Knudsen Vineyard was established in 1971, the entire family got involved in planting the vines.
By 1972, Knudsen Vineyard had 30 acres, making it the largest vineyard in the Willamette Valley. By 1975, with 60 acres, Knudsen Vineyard was the largest in OR.
