People, I came across this appeal for Francis Kwofie (CF 1312), a brilliant Form 2 student of OPOKU WARE SCHOOL who has been diagnosed with kidney failure.
He currently undergoes dialysis twice a week at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital to stay alive. Doctors have recommended a KIDNEY TRANSPLANT IN INDIA as a long-term solution. The estimated cost is $40,000.
🙏 Please support/help save his life.

1. An NDC appointee under John Mahama’s first administration, Richard Appietu, approved a GH¢3.5 million loan as MD of SIC Life Savings and Loans, which was subsequently not recovered.
2. When the NPP government took over, the new MD, Amma Frimpomaa, engaged Lawyer Baffour to recover the money. Through a settlement process, the lawyer succeeded in recovering GH¢6.8 million, including interest.
3. John Mahama returns to office and appoints the same Richard Appietu back as MD of SIC Life Savings and Loans. Now, for reasons that require serious public explanation, EOCO is working with him to pursue the very lawyer who helped recover GH¢6.8 million for the institution.
4. How does this make sense? A loan of GH¢3.5 million was left unrecovered, a lawyer was engaged to recover it, and GH¢6.8 million was eventually recovered with interest. Yet the person who recovered the money is now the one facing scrutiny?
5. So what exactly is the issue here? Was there an attempt to frustrate the recovery? Is there a legitimate legal or procedural concern about the lawyer’s conduct? Or is there something else the public is not being told?
6. Did the parties enter into the initial loan agreement not to pay? Because clearly this makes no sense.

After Chris Hughton was sacked in 2024, a five-man committee was tasked to find a new coach in three weeks. They wanted a proven winner with 15 years of coaching experience. They claimed there were over 500 applicants and ended up with Otto Addo. So forgive me if I don’t trust this all too familiar process.
I told you to shut up and allow your works to speak for you. You won't listen and now see your face. It is time to leave man. 3rd term an absolute joke. See your face now. The Game Changer in deed. Keep changing our game. You either leave now or next year.

Ghanaian football is dead under the current football administration. Gambia beating the Black Stars at the Accra Sports Stadium is a glaring indictment of the leadership and a damning reflection of the state of our football. How much lower can we sink?
