VIDEO: A high-level Ghanaian delegation under The Trans African Tourism and Unity Campaign, led by renowned journalist and former Member of Parliament Hon. Ras Mubarak, arrived in Uganda yesterday for a four-day working visit. The team was warmly received and immediately immersed into Uganda’s rich cultural heritage with an inspiring performance at the Ndere Cultural Centre.
Following the cultural showcase, the delegation held a press conference today at Choate Hotel where they engaged media practitioners, government officials, and key tourism stakeholders. The interactions marked the official start of their Ugandan tour, which is part of a historic 39-country expedition aimed at promoting free movement, cultural exchange, and intra-African tourism.
@MTWAUganda and its agencies pledged full support to ensure the delegation’s successful stay and to strengthen regional cooperation in line with continental integration goals.
