Task Manager does not reset the system uptime, because Fast Startup saves the system state to disk during shutdown to allow a faster boot.

The system is actually shutting down regardless.

@KIRNEILL Discord cannot run in realtime cause it requires elevation, and Discord by default runs in userspace.

Meaning this is user error for running Discord with admin rights, not to mention realtime causes a lot of stability issues.

EAC also integrates with this, and gives game bans to both accounts, and that game cannot be shared through Family Sharing anymore.
