I watched the clips of comedian influencer/musician Garron Noone sharing his opinion on immigration in Ireland after he had been “inundated” with requests from fans to comment on McGregor’s White House visit.
It was balanced and reasonable, but it didn’t conform with open borders advocates so many have taken to attacking him personally. Even his attempt to walk back the comments were too much and it now appears he has suspended his social media accounts with millions of followers.
That the people who lead these campaigns to silence, smear and cancel anyone who dares to disagree with them in a public setting are presented as some sort of protectors of kindness, tolerance and diversity is the sickest joke going.
They’re intolerant bullies who cannot abide any viewpoint but their own. It would make you despair for the future of the country.
We’ve got a pair of tickets to Friday’s game plus a pizza & a pint for you & a mate @RascalsBrewing beforehand to giveaway
To be in to win, retweet & tag a mate in the comments, you must be over 18 to enter & we’ll be in touch with the winner directly
