@UBACares This is no longer funny how am being played around by uba video validation team. Over one month I have been trying to Reactivate my account and is taking ages. I have done all the paper works Now the video validation team send me mail to expect their video call……

After couple of days I was lucky to speak with them because I don’t go to work or school with my second phone as am currently running a masters program in England. They validated me and made some correction in the paper works I submitted and asked me to resubmit and my account…

@UBACares I sent another mail to them asking what’s going on why they haven’t called me yet as is almost going to two months but the reply they gave me looks like mission impossible. That they will call me on or before 14th August 14th so I need to baby seat my phone awaiting.

@UBACares so today I had to cancel all appointments to get this done and settled with. I sent a mail that am available today and with my Nigerian WhatsApp phone since they refused to call my uk line that I gave them. I waited all day and no call came in..

@UBACares will be activated. Immediately I rushed down and reprinted the form and corrected all the errors and they said I will still undergo another video call validation the second time. This is where the problem started. Cos they keep saying my number is not reachable….
