सस्नेह जय महाराष्ट्र

केंद्र सरकारची प्रत्येक विषयात गोंधळ घालून लोकांना वेठीस धरण्याची परंपरा सुरूच आहे. 'NEET' पेपरफुटीने परत एकदा हे सिद्ध झालं. 'NEET' चा पेपर १० लाख रुपयांना विकत घेतला गेला. आणि याची मुळं सापडली महाराष्ट्रात. अर्थात हे पेपरफुटीचं जाळं देशव्यापी आहे. यांत 'NEET' साठी तयार करून घेणाऱ्या कोचिंग क्लासेसचा पण हात आहे.

हे सगळं झाल्यावर केंद्र सरकारने काय केलं तर परीक्षा रद्द केली आणि सीबीआय चौकशी लावली. या आधी पण २०२४ ला सीबीआय चौकशी अशाच एका प्रकरणात लावली होती त्यातून काही साध्य झालं नाही. या सगळ्यात आपण आपलं काम केलं असा सरकारचा आविर्भाव आहे. पण २२ लाख मुलांचं आणि त्यांच्या कुटुंबीयांचं आयुष्य टांगणीला लागलं त्याचं काय ?

मुळात २०१६ ला 'NEET' लादण्याची गरजच नव्हती. पण सगळं एकछत्री अंमलाखाली आणण्याची या सरकारची खुमखुमी इतकी तीव्र आहे की मग काही लाख लोकांच्या आयुष्याचा खेळखंडोबा झाला तर काय फरक पडतो ? 'NEET' बद्दल मी २०१६ पासून आक्षेप नोंदवत होतो. या परीक्षांमुळे महाराष्ट्रातील विद्यार्थ्यांचं नुकसान होणार आणि जे आर्थिकदृष्ट्या सक्षम आहेत, ते महागडे कोचिंग क्लासेस लावणार. पुढे हे क्लासवाले आर्थिक शक्तीच्या जोरावर परीक्षांचे निकाल हवे तसे वाकवणार हे मला दिसत होतं आणि सामान्य घरातील मुलं,मुली भरडली जाणार हे मला दिसत होतं आणि म्हणून २०१६ पासून आम्ही याला वि��ोध करतोय.

माझ्या सारखाच विरोध दक्षिणेतील नेत्यांनी पण केला. सध्याचे तामिळनाडूचे नवे मुख्यमंत्री विजय पण 'NEET' रद्द करा म्हणून आग्रह धरत आहेत. कारण दक्षिणेतील ५ राज्य आणि महाराष्ट्र मिळून जवळपास ३५० च्या वर मेडिकल कॉलेजेस आहेत आणि वरती उत्तरेतली मोठ्या राज्यांमध्ये फक्त १८० मेडिकल कॉलेजेस आहेत. त्यामुळे उत्तरेतील विद्यार्थी दक्षिणेत घुसवण्यासाठी हा सगळा अट्टाहास २०१६ पासून सुरु आहे. आणि त्यासाठी कोचिंग क्लासेसचं सगळ्यात मोठं जाळं उत्तरेतल्या राज्यांत आहे. आणि व्यवस्था कशी वाकवायची हे त्यांना नीट माहित आहे. प्रश्न इतकाच आहे की अशा सडलेल्या व्यवस्थेतून जे डॉक्टर्स बाहेर पडतील त्यांच्या हातात आपण आपलं आरोग्य देणार आहोत का ? आणि का तर केंद्राला वाटलं की यापुढे मेडिकल प्रवेशासाठी एकच परीक्षा हवी म्हणून ?

आधी प्रत्येक राज्याची एक परीक्षा होती, त्याच्या आधी तर बारावी���्या मार्कांवर प्रवेश मिळायचा. समजा त्यात काही त्रुटी होत्या असं मान्य करू, मग त्या सुधारायच्या सोडून जी 'NEET' परीक्षा आणली ती अजून भीषण निघाली. या परीक्षेत कधी काही विद्यार्थ्यांना ७२० पैकी ७२० गुण मिळाल्याची उदाहरणं आहेत जे अशक्य वाटतं, कधी परस्पर ग्रेस मार्क्स दिलेत. थोडक्यात काय ज्याच्याकडे व्यवस्था वाकवायची शक्ती आहे त्याला पायघड्या घातल्या जाणार. सध्याचं सरकारचं बरं आहे की आमच्यासोबत आलात की तुम्ही स्��च्छ आणि आमच्या व्यवस्थेला एकदा शांत केलंत की मग तुम्ही काहीही करा.

प्रश्न असा आहे की मुळात मेडिकलच्या जागा कमी. त्यासाठी राष्ट्रव्यापी परीक्षा. तिचं काय होईल माहित नाही. दरवर्षी काहीतरी नवीन खेळ. काही वर्षांपूर्वी 'NEET' परीक्षेच्या गोंधळावर मी थेट पंतप्रधानांशी बोललो होतो, तेंव्हा प्रश्न सुटला. पण कायमस्वरूपी काही सुधारणा नाही.

बरं इतकी वर्ष एकच माणूस श्री. धर्मेंद्र प्रधान हे क��ंद्रीय शिक्षण मंत्री म्हणून चिकटून बसलेत. त्यांच्या काळात 'NEET' मध्ये इतके घोळ झाले, पण तरीही हे महाशय तिथेच बसलेत. बहुदा हिंदी देशभर लादण्याचा अजेंडा ते नेटाने राबवत आहेत म्हणून त्यांना ही बक्षिसी दिली आहे का ? माझी पंतप्रधानांना विनंती आहे की २२ लाख विद्यार्थ्यांच्या आयुष्याशी अनेकदा खेळ करणाऱ्या तुमच्या या मंत्र्यांचा तात्काळ राजीनामा घ्या.

माझी महाराष्ट्र सरकारमधील मंत्र्यांना ��ण विनंती आहे की जरा पाठीचा कणा ताठ दाखवून दक्षिणेतील राज्यांच्या आवाजात आपला आवाज मिसळा. हे 'NEET' वैगरे काही नको आपल्याला. आपल्याला आपल्या राज्यातील मुलांशी घेणंदेणं आहे. महाराष्ट्रातील मेडिकल कॉलेजेसमध्ये मराठी मुलांनाच प्रवेश मिळणार नसेल तर उपयोग काय तुमचा? सध्या पेट्रोल डिझेल वाचवतोय हे दाखवण्याचा जो संपूर्ण सरकारचा इव्हेन्ट सुरु आहे त्यातून बाहेर या. तुम्ही जे हे सगळं करत आहात हे एक दिवसाचं आणि एका फोटोपुरतं आहे हे सगळ्यांना माहीत आहे. त्यापेक्षा मेडिकल प्रवेश परीक्षेबद्दल बोला आणि काहीतरी ठाम ( ठाम म्हणजे राज्याच्या हिताची, नाही तर केंद्र जे सांगेल त्याला रेटून हो म्हणणं याला ठाम भूमिका म्हणतील) भूमिका घ्या.

The cinematography [#SantoshSivan] captures the scale and grandeur of the era magnificently... The action sequences are staged with finesse – the Chandrarao More episode, in particular, is brilliant.

Any hiccups? The runtime could have been trimmed slightly.

An entertainer that works for most parts... The #AkshayKumar - #Priyadarshan combo doesn't disappoint – the chills and chuckles are in equal measure. #BhoothBanglaReview

The initial sequences may give an impression that #BhoothBangla borrows from #RajkumarKohli's massive hit #JaaniDushman [1979; #SunilDutt, #SanjeevKumar, #ShatrughanSinha, #Jeetendra], but the similarities end with the newly-wed brides being targeted.

#BhoothBangla blends horror and comedy across its 2.45-hour narrative, with the first half leaning towards humour, while the post-interval portions delve into a darker past.

The humour works, although a few sequences may come across as slightly naughty... It's the eerie atmosphere that forms the backbone, while the attention-grabbing VFX enhances the film's visual appeal.

#Priyadarshan, known for his impeccable comic timing, ensures the narrative remains engaging, although [i] the writing could've been sharper and [ii] the runtime could've been tighter.

The backstory in the second half evokes memories of #BhoolBhulaiyaa... However, the onscreen presentation could have been simpler.

To his credit, the veteran storyteller keeps you hooked, springing surprises at regular intervals – with the interval twist delivering a major, unexpected jolt.

#AkshayKumar is in top form... His comic timing, expressions, and effortless switch between fear and humour are a delight to watch.

#Tabu is effective, although an actress of her calibre deserved more power-packed moments... #WamiqaGabbi barely gets any scope... Ditto for #MithilaPalkar, who has limited screen time.

It's #PareshRawal and #RajpalYadav who deliver several laugh-out-loud moments – both excel... The late #Asrani leaves a mark.

#BhavnaPani is too good... #JisshuSengupta, #ZakirHussain, and #RajeshSharma are competent, as always... #ManojJoshi is wasted.

The soundtrack is a mixed bag – #RamjiAakeBhalaKarenge stands out, while the remaining songs range from decent to okay.

⭐️ Final word? Worth a watch for its genuinely funny moments and a fair share of eerie chills.

भारतीय राज्य घटनेचे शिल्पकार म्हणून बाबासाहेबांचं या देशासाठी दिलेलं योगदान अतुलनीयच आहे आणि या देशाच्या येणाऱ्या पिढ्या त्याबद्दल त्यांच्या ऋणात राहतील.

पण आज जागतिक आणि देशांतर्गत घटनांमुळे रुपया जेंव्हा कमकुवत होत आहे त्यावेळेस, 'प्रॉब्लेम ऑफ द रुपी, इट्स ओरीजीन अँड इट्स सोल्युशन्स' सारखा अभ्यासपूर्ण ग्रंथ लिहणारे, फक्त सामाजिक नाही तर अतिउत्तम आर्थिक समज असणारे बाबासाहेब आठवतात. ब्रिटिशांच्या धोरणांमुळे भारतीय रुपयाचं अवमूल्यन कसं झालं आणि त्याचा सामान्य भारतीयांच्या आयुष्यावर कसा खोल परिणाम झाला हे त्यांनी या ग्रंथात विशद केलं. यात त्यांनी मांडलेल्या सूचना या रिझर्व्ह बँक ऑफ इंडियाच्या स्थापनेचा पाया आहेत.
स्वातंत्र्यलढ्यातील नेत्यांना फक्त ��ेशाला स्वातंत्र्य मिळायला हवं इतकीच आस नव्हती तर हे स्वातंत्र्य समाजाच्या तळापर्यंतच्या माणसाला लाभदायक झालं पाहिजे आणि त्याचा आर्थिक विकास देखील झाला पाहिजे. थोडक्यात सामाजिक दृष्टी आणि अर्थशास्त्राचा देखील त्यांचा उत्तम अभ्यास होता. बाबासाहेब हे त्या पिढीतले याबाबतीतले अग्रणी नेते.

छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज , बाबासाहेब आ��बेडकर , महात्मा ज्योतीबा फुले , लोकमान्य बाळ गंगाधर टिळक, स्वातंत्र्यवीर सावरकर आणि अशा कितीतरी महान नेत्यांचे नुसते पुतळे उभे करणे, त्यांना जातीत पातीत विभागणे , त्यांच्या नावाने जाती धर्मात फूट पाडणे , त्यांच्या जयंत्या आणि पुण्यतिथ्यांना कर्कश्य डीजे लावून नुसत्या मिरवणुका काढणे या सारख्या गोष्टींमधून हे राज्य आणि राजकारणी बाहेर येतील तेव्हाच या महान लोकांना आपण श्रद्धांजली अर्��ण करू शकतो ! नाहीतर ह्या महान व्यक्ती फक्त जयंत्या आणि पुण्यतिथ्यांना हार घालण्यापूरतेच उरतात आणि त्यांचा वारसा, त्यांचे विचार आपण आत्ताच्या सत्तापूपीसू राजकारण्यांसाठी पायदळी तुडवत राहू !

विकास म्हणजे सरकारी मदत, उड्डाणपूल आणि रस्ते इतकी मर्यादित कल्पना आत्ताची सरकारं रुजवत असताना, या सगळ्या वरवरच्या विकासा��ा यत्किंचित फायदा नसलेला खूप मोठा वर्ग भारतात आहे. आज प्रखर सामाजिक आणि आर्थिक भान असणाऱ्या बाबासाहेबांसारख्या महामानवाची, त्यांच्या समग्र दृष्टीची उणीव वारंवार भासत आहे !

बाबासाहेबांच्या स्मृतीस पुन्हा एकदा विनम्र अभिवादन.
