@FLZoo @RightWingDad @GingerProblemz @Timcast Imagine his spine tilted forward a bit more as well. The bullet was coming from an elevated position. Hitting the spine could cause it to deflect and fragment at that angle.
According to what has been shared from the ATF/Autopsy reports, this seems to be the case.
