After seeing recently people showing demos of images/shapes morphing on iOS, I couldn't stop myself from doing this in SwiftUI. Available as an open source package: Image Morphing. https://t.co/VdYgfHbZ4E #SwiftUI #swiftlang #UI #animation #iOS

@allannyholm Thank you @allannyholm for letting me know. This will be back to normal soon.

I built a DSL for Regex in @SwiftLang and made it open source because I am certainly not the only one finding the regexes out of date compared to modern coding languages and struggling with them. https://t.co/5Ssr0smz5w

When making Mac app icons, please provide all the relevant sizes — the system picks the best one for each use, which helps performance, and often means things look better.

Don’t be like Slack (their icon only includes 1024×1024 and 512×512).

A new version of Icon Slate is out! https://t.co/GCbs5HCC5n A long-overdue update that fixes issues with the latest macOS releases and brings new sizes to iOS and Apple Watch formats.

@VessOnSecurity @Snowden On iOS 13, like iOS 12, ad blockers can use the content blocker extension. No change in this area.

[Jérémy Marchand @kodlian]

@VessOnSecurity @Snowden Safari on iOS never had web extension (javascript similar to Chrome and Firefox) distributed on the gallery. This was a feature for macOS that has been replaced by Safari App Extension (mix native/swift + javascript). Ad blockers are still possible with this kind of extension.

(1/7) So apparently some (I hope very few) people online are using the fact that I am the primary developer of the eht-imaging software library (https://t.co/n7djw1r9hY) to launch awful and sexist attacks on my colleague and friend Katie Bouman. Stop.

[dotSwift @dotSwift]

New lightning talk available: Jason Akakpo at dotSwift 2019 - There is an extension for that

@nomadastudiobcn Sorry for the late reply. `Forced on` on game properties in Steam did the trick, thanks!

[Jérémy Marchand @kodlian]

@nomadastudiobcn I just bought GRIS. Already amazed by the artistic direction but on my Mac my xbox one controller isn't working - no issue on steam and other games. Do you know this issue?

Huge news from Apple at this week's #WWDC18 for everyone who loves password managers: #iOS12 will include a password manager API to automatically autofill passwords in apps and websites in Safari.

Thread with screenshots: In America, mainstream native desktop (macOS or Windows) are in decline, and developers increasingly opt for building web apps or Electron apps. However, web apps vs. native desktop apps is a completely different story in companies such as China.
