@AdaOnBass @moleenjoyer I kind of get it based on my own experience. When I thought I was cis, I was very femme. My feminity felt like a fun performance/persona at times. A lot of trans mascs crave being feminine without feeling like it was something you were forced to do based on your body.

I work at a sex shop, and we once had to take down a flyer for free HIV testing services. I got told it’s because any signage in our store needs to be approved to represent the “brand.” Like what. Why. Why would you do that.

Every single day, someone comes into my job with flyers wanting to promote something cool, and every single day, I have to tell them “Oh our CEO doesn’t let us put up flyers,” despite every other business in the neighborhood having flyers to support artists/events/businesses.
